1. Preparing a comprehensive strategy to increase managerial and technical capacity of the six selected polytechnics;
2. Facilitating Induction Process in six Polytechnics;
3. Implementing Technical Guidance and Monitoring Programs;
4. Assisting and facilitating submission of BLU documents for six polytechnics;
5. Arranging internship in the COT of Excellence Polytechnics;
6. Establishing a fully functional Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) for Polytechnics.
