- Identify and develop national policy regulations for sustainable plastic management, including anti-litter regulations and policies relevant to minimize plastic packaging, and market mechanisms to promote a circular economy in line with green growth pathway including private sector participation (PSP)
- Identify building blocks of the circular economy by identifying potential for circular material flows across various sectors and proposing a pathway to established exchange marketplace and options for private sector participation
- Estimate financial needs and business models for circular economy solutions from collecting, recycling, and reusing plastic stocks in urban growth centers to establishing public-private partnership (PPP) models to boost products made of recycled plastic and other alternatives to virgin plastic.
