Objectives:
The aim of this project was to provide specific sectoral knowledge and to prepare necessary documents to assist the preparation of the Financial Sector Reform Program scheduled in 2006. The objective of this project was to promote good governance in the financial sector and to encourage competition by developing a more efficient non-bank sector, and hence this included all actors in the financial sector.
