MSL along with STUP for this ADB PPTA, conducted the study in two phases. The objective of Phase I of the Study was to formulate a prioritized list of possible infrastructure improvements along the identified transport corridors and border-crossing facilities including physical improvements to gateways for the consideration of ADB and the Government. This prioritization was based on economic criteria. The objective of Phase II of the Study was to prepare possible projects from this prioritized list based on the decision of the ADB and the Government. MSL performed the following activities:
