MSL is supporting the preparation of the program through an in-depth sector assessment; technical assessments; economic and financial analyses; financial management and procurement capacity assessments; poverty, social, and gender analysis; and environment and social impact assessments. The following outputs and activities will be achieved:
- Output 1: In-depth assessments of graduate programs and schools, university research, and funding and governance mechanisms for university research completed.
- Output 2: Due diligence and project documents completed.
