Project Management and Implementation

Project management and implementation is one our major strength as we have implemented successfully and managed several multiyear projects for DFID and ADB in Bangladesh. Our 12 years long CLP, 5-7 years long, SPFMSP, CLS, PROSPER, RIRA is a testimony of our strong project management and implementation capabilities. We also have implemented multiple ADB and WB’s loan and grant projects which strengthen our project management expertise. We adhere to international best practices and standards and have won accolades and awards for our quality services, such as the Top Industry Award (British Expertise Award) for 2008/09.
