MSL is a pioneer in providing technical assistant service to the clients including ADB, WB and other donor agencies. We have been adjudged as ADB’s Top Bangladeshi Technical Assistance Consultancy Firm for 3 consecutive years (2005 – 2009, 2006 – 2010, and 2007-2011). We were ranked as the second Bangladeshi TA Consultancy Firm for 2008-2012 and 2009-2013 as per the ADB’s Fact Sheet for Bangladesh published every April from 2010 to 2014.
