MSL has worked in Indonesia’s Education and Financial Management sectors under JICA and Asian Development Bank. We conducted a capacity assessment of the National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS) and the other related ministries for implementing the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework – Performance-based Budgeting (MTEF-PBB). We also strengthened the institutional and technical capacity of six selected polytechnics. MSL conducted a PCR of the Basic Education Project for ADB.
