Capacity building is an integral part of all our work. Our philosophy is to work ourselves out of a job through building up our partner organisations. We design capacity building programmes that meet the specific requirements of each organisation with which we work. MSL has gained extensive experiences on capacity building and management reform. Since its incorporation, we have implemented several projects on capacity building for different ministries, which were funded by different governments and development partners. In many other projects capacity building was one of the major components. Moreover,
MSL has increased and strengthened institutional and human resource capacity of several agencies. The firm has prepared various capacity development plans (CDP) focusing on the development of human resources and institutional capacity. MSL also conducted gap analysis and provided suggestions on human resource planning, job requirement and job classification and identified staff needs and staff learning requirements. MSL has strengthened many accountability frameworks and also developed human resource management systems for teachers as well as strategic policies on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the education sector.
