MSL worked in the Kyrgyz Republic in Education and Financial Management Sector for Asian Development Bank. We ensured a well-coordinated participatory process to prepare all assessments, documents, and reports required for the project approval and implementation of the School Education Reform Sector Development Program. MSL has implemented an ADB TA on Business Process Reengineering & Change Management for Tax Administration Modernization.
