MSL worked in Bhutan in the Financial Management Sector funded by Asian Development Bank.  MSL provided technical assistance for the Strengthening Public Financial Management project in Bhutan and capacity development in the Royal Audit Authority (RAA) and various line ministries at district levels. On the Non-Bank Financial Sector reform project in Bhutan, MSL was involved in strengthening the financial sector’s regulatory and supervisory framework, including capital market, insurance sector, and capacity building in the Royal Monetary Authority (RMA).
